About This Project

This retired couple came to ANUDEN with a concern that their existing property while having extensive space, had a layout that no longer met their living requirements. After listening closely to their needs, we created a design that involved converting a bedroom and ensuite to a new kitchen living space before interlinking the remaining ground floor rooms.

Features like adding a vaulted ceiling in the dining room, carefully placed roof lights, the removal of an existing chimney to be replaced by a bespoke canope and creating an ope to an outdoor patio area, all served to transform this property.

The flow of this property was completely altered, redesigning the property to be a more practical and efficient home-without the need for an extension.
