We know that keeping our clients and your needs central to any extension has been key to our many successful projects. First, we will listen to your ideas and your needs. We take this to the next stage by advising what actions we can take to boost your home: clever layout, maximise day light, being mindful of energy efficiency, utilising the space available to you, all the time being mindful that this is done in the most cost-effective way possible.
We will discuss with you in detail what you need and then manage every aspect of this journey. Based on your needs we can provide engineering and architectural drawings as desired; we will determine if a planning application is required and help you to manage the entire process from pre-planning through to approvals.
We will use our more than 20 years’ experience and renowned high finish skillset to produce an extension unique to you. From foundations, to blockwork, to the roof, to windows and doors and plastering, we provide a full service. We will then do your tiling and flooring, internal finishes and produce your bespoke extension, catering for your project from beginning to end.

Project Management
ANUDEN offers a complete construction project management service providing our clients with all the technical skills to produce a unique result from residential to commercial to industrial builds. ANUDEN will oversee all aspects of the construction beginning with working carefully with architects and engineers during a comprehensive process to create a plan of action specific to you. We will efficiently monitor the projects timeline, budget, and milestones which we will agree with you at the outset. ANUDEN will regularly conduct risk management exercises throughout the process to identify any hazards or threats to the timeline of the project from planning design to regulatory requirements. We will look to add value at every turn particularly where we can see potential improvements to ensure a high-quality finish. At ANUDEN we are especially conscious of the need to adhere to all Health and Safety requirements, especially during this current climate. We recognise the importance of all Health and Safety guidelines to our clients and we will ensure that all contractors on site are always fully compliant. We will allocate and manage all available resources and we will handle any unforeseen circumstances to make sure our project is delivered on time. At ANUDEN we understand the importance of your budget and will continuously evaluate project progress in line with your budget. We also pride ourselves on our close relationships with our clients, meeting with you regularly onsite and maintaining regular contact to work together as a team. Commercial Fitouts
At ANUDEN we provide a full selection of joinery and fit out services across Ireland and Northern Ireland. We can transform any commercial unit, designing it to your specification to enhance your business, employee and customer experiences. First, we will work with you to create a bespoke design, we will then manage all associated regulatory requirements from building control to fire certification, disability certification and beyond. ANUDEN will provide a full complement of trades necessary for your project including electrical, mechanical and joinery services. We know that for our commercial clients’ time is of the essence and from the outset we will stringently adhere to the agreed timeframe, including working in out of office hours, to facilitate your business needs.

Renovations

We at ANUDEN are renowned for our expertise in maximising your property by reconfiguring your house lay out to suit your everyday needs.
Our first step is to meet with you for a consultation, which we can also offer virtually, where we will discuss your requirements. We will generate ideas for you based on this initial consultation and create a plan bespoke for your renovation, in line with your budget.
In our experience clients can make amendments or alternations to a project as it evolves naturally. At ANUDEN we are always conscious to be flexible and adapt as your renovation comes to life this ensures the end result is to your highest satisfaction.

New Builds
At ANUDEN we know that building your new home is an exciting time. What we will do is help you bring your dream to life and you can enjoy watching your home become a reality from pouring the foundation to watching the house take shape while we manage the stress.
We will spend time with you designing the home that meets your needs, working with architects and engineers as desired. It is our role to help you identify the pitfalls that may crop up, to maximise the property you are designing in terms of layout and efficiency and ensure we work to the budget that you desire.
Our first step is to help you throughout the planning process, we have significant experience in navigating planning procedures and can help you recognise many of the issues that can cause delays. We will then prepare and clear your site, in a fully safe and compliant manner. We will then offer a range of services from pouring the foundations and standing the roof, to helping you make choices on windows and doors. We can then help you to select your dream kitchen, flooring and tiling, stairs and all internal fit outs and finishes, delivering all of this in a timely, high quality manner.
